convert gpsies .gpx file for xcode/itools/ispoofer
gpsies formatting:
1: download from gpsies as .gpx track
2: open .gpx file in notepad
3: in beginning of file, delete everything between and including "<metadata>" and "<trkseg>"
4: at end of file, delete "</trkseg>" and "</trk>"
5: in notepad, select edit>replace
6: find: "trkpt"
7: replace with: "wpt"
8: click "replace all"
9: save.
file is now itools/xcode/ispoofer ready
